    I am a College tutor of Kitgum Core PTC and I applied as a General UNEB Scouts and on the sms App of UNEB OF 6600, I was given a reply to give update of my previous posting but I sincerely didn’t participate in the deployment of UNEB AS a scout before. I therefore request that you deploy me anywhere with the Northern region of the country or where you feel is convenient for me for the service accordingly.
