The St. John School of Nursing Application Form is open to all qualified applicants from all walks of life. Potential students may apply to any of the Courses at any time and be admitted when admission requirements are met.

The management has published the procedures to download/apply for St. John School of Nursing admission form for 2022/2023 academic year below. Application to St. John School of Nursing is basically online or offline depending on your preference.

Note that no application will be processed without a proof of payment of fees.

New students will need to complete this application form by downloading and printing this form. Once you have completed your application you will need to mail your completed form with copies of your education certificates, a passport photograph and UGX 20,000/. You will also be invited to sit for an entry interview at the school campus.

Successful Candidates

Applicants who are accepted to one of the courses will be contacted and provided with an admission letter from the Principal Tutor, fees structure, school regulations and rules and a bank slip. Uniforms will be provided at the school.
