    I would like to upgrade from diploma to bachelor but I failed to apply in time due to covid issues,everyday since early august I check on this website to see if there is a chance of applying but I find no hope.     Good morning,
    Am Eriku Dominic, I hold national diploma in civil engineering from UTC LIRA, I graduated in 2018. In 2019, I tried government sponsorship but I didn’t make it through.
    Please help me when the intake for 2023 will start 🙏 for diploma entry for both private (weekends) and government sponsorship.
